Returns and Refunds

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research peptides and chemicals, all sales are final. Peptides are susceptible to degradation if subjected to improper temperature control, mishandling, or contamination. Because we cannot verify the storage conditions or handling procedures once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Exceptions to the “All Sales Final” policy are strictly limited to errors made on the part of Great Lakes Peptide. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, you must notify us within [e.g., 3] days of the delivery date as recorded by the carrier.
To report an issue, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item in its original, sealed packaging.
3. RESOLUTION
If Great Lakes Peptide verifies that an error occurred on our end, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
- Issue a replacement for the incorrect or damaged item.
- Provide store credit for the value of the affected item.
We do not issue cash refunds to original payment methods unless explicitly required by law.
4. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD
Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Customer will be vigorously contested. Accounts initiating fraudulent disputes will be permanently banned, and the incident may be reported to relevant financial and legal authorities.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS AND CONFISCATION
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Furthermore, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the importation and possession of these research chemicals are legal in their jurisdiction. We do not offer refunds for packages seized by customs or local authorities.
