1. INTENDED USE OF PRODUCTS (STRICT RESEARCH ONLY)

ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED BY GREAT LAKES PEPTIDE ARE STRICTLY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. Under no circumstances are our products intended for, or approved for, human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic purposes, therapeutic use, agricultural use, or any other unauthorized application. The products have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal use.

2. PROHIBITION OF CLINICAL/HUMAN USE INQUIRIES

Great Lakes Peptide strictly prohibits the use of our products in humans or animals. We will not, under any circumstances, provide instructions, guidelines, or recommendations regarding the reconstitution, dosing, administration, or injection of any peptide or chemical sold on our site. Any communication—whether via email, contact form, or social media—requesting information regarding human use, animal use, or reconstitution for biological administration will result in the immediate cancellation of your order, termination of your account, and a permanent ban from utilizing our services.

3. BUYER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By purchasing from Great Lakes Peptide, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution.
• You fully understand the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of these chemicals.
• You will handle the products strictly within a controlled laboratory environment equipped with appropriate safety protocols.
• You will strictly comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing the handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer assumes all risks and liabilities regarding the use, storage, and handling of the products. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Great Lakes Peptide, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

1. The Buyer’s handling, use, or misuse of the products.
2. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Lakes Peptide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
